We’re excited to participate in Thornebrook’s first Spring Arts Festival. Fine artists and craftsmen will be exhibiting throughout the park-like setting of Shoppes at Thornebrook Village.
The local blueberry industry is celebrated during the peak of blueberry season in Lake County at this annual event.
Ernest's prints and notecards will be available for purchase at this annual fundraising blueberry festival in Island Grove, Fla. Proceeds benefits the Cross Creek Volunteer Fire Department, which serves the communities of Cross Creek, Island Grove and Lochloosa, located in the southeast corner of Alachua County.
This event celebrates the opening of a new gallery exhibit featuring the life and work of artist Ernest Lee, on display May 16-June 17, 2022. The gallery is open from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Admission is free.
Mrs. Gloria Lee will attend the 33rd Annual Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Society Conference and Florida Historical Society Public History Forum, May 19-21 at the Hilton UF Conference Center in Gainesville and display some of Ernest’s paintings of the Rawlings home in Cross Creek, Fla.
The combined conference will include engaging panel discussions and presentations each morning, with tours of historic sites, museums, and archives each afternoon. The event features special performances, an awards luncheon, a banquet dinner with keynote speaker Ann McCutchan, and more.
