DESCRIPTION:Join the UFHealth Shands Arts in Medicine program for the opening reception of the “Healthcare Heroes” art exhibition from 4-6 p.m. Jan. 30 in the Criser Cancer Resource Center\, Room 1302\, 1515 SW Archer Road in Gainesville. \nMr. Ernest M. Lee created the 15 works showcased in the exhibit during the COVID-19 pandemic. The pieces feature portraits of healthcare workers wearing their personal protective equipment as they treated hospital patients. \nThe opening reception is free and open to the public. The exhibit will be on display through March 14.
